From the rare Tokyo-X pork to the very best kuroge wagyu Japanese beef
carefully selected from various parts of the country. Seasonal vegetables are
delivered fresh off the farm or personally selected by the chef at marchés. We
hope you enjoy the fruity flavour of our secret ingredient, “Takko garlic”, the very
best of domestic garlic which are delivered straight from Aomori.

The pride of our restaurant is our specially ordered charcoal grill which is
dedicated exclusively to cooking meat. After letting the meat rest for the same
amount of time it was grilled, the meat is then grilling again for the second time.
These extra steps ensure that the flavor of the meat is sealed in, creating a
mouth-watering juicy burst of flavour with a fragrant smoky aroma.
We also use different salts for different dishes, such as French salt for grilled
dishes and Italian salt for other dishes, in order to draw out the flavours of the
ingredients. Our pizzas, made using authentic Italian flour, are also one of our
specialties.

What is the secret to our delicious meat dishes?
Making delicious meat even more delicious. We grill the meat using a 6-step process on our special grill.
To finish it off, we use Guérande salt from France to bring out the mellowness of the meat.

We also accept reservations of the entire restaurant for
wedding after-parties and welcome or farewell parties.
Reservations for timings outside business hours are also possible (requires prior consultation).
